This Gazelle Formula from approximately 1988 has been made into a minimalist pavement pounder. The rear wheel has terugtrappen (brakes when pedaled backwards), which allows for hands-free braking. Single-speed set up for minimal maintenance.

The frame clearance has been maxed out with a set of Schwalbe Delta Cruiser 28-622 tires which are chunkier and have more tread than the tires typically found on bikes in this era. Straight handlebar with new Hermanns lockable grips.
