Fits like: Labeled size 6, fits modern small. The belt is labeled 26"-30"
Fabric: Dress is cotton, belt is cowhide.
Brand: California Design by Dorothy Samuel, made in USA
Condition: Good, with a few discolorations on the bodice (see first close up photo for example), two 1/2" white paint spots on the middle chest, brown discoloration around the inside and top edge of collar (see second close up photo), and some light wear and faint discoloration on the belt.
